We source our blooms daily from local sustainable farms. Each bouquet is hand-tied and transported in temperature-controlled vehicles to ensure they arrive at your doorstep in peak condition.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
While we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 1:00 PM, specific time slots are subject to availability. You can select your preferred morning or afternoon window during the checkout process.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Saigon Flowers specializes in local deliveries within the metropolitan area to guarantee the highest quality. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
What is your return policy if the flowers arrive damaged?
If your arrangement arrives damaged or wilted, please contact us within 4 hours of delivery with a photo. We will provide a complimentary replacement or a full refund immediately.
Can I include a personalized message with my order?
Yes, every order includes a free premium note card. You can enter your personalized message in the 'Gift Note' section during the checkout phase.
How should I care for my bouquet once it arrives?
To extend the life of your flowers, trim the stems at a 45-degree angle, place them in clean water with the included flower food, and keep them away from direct sunlight and drafts.
